About Me
Hi, I am Sandie Lang.
After 13 years as a stay-at-home mom and with encouragement from family
and friends, especially Jim, in 2006 I decided to form a web development
company called SandyGecko Web Design, LLC. I am focusing on working with
small businesses, clubs and organizations in the Portland Metro area
with an emphasis on quick response, personal attention and regular
communication.
My pre-kids career was in the field of computer aided drafting and
design. In the late 1980’s I worked as a representative for Autodesk
helping to establish computer labs in schools around Oregon. I have kept
up my computer skills over the years and most recently have learned web
design. I found that I not only have an aptitude for web work but I love
it!
I still spend plenty of time with my kids since my business is home
based but they are old enough now that I have the time to pursue a new
career. This is a very exciting new venture for me and I have found my
projects most satisfying. I hope I can help you.
And if you were wondering, yes, those are my feet and I do have a gecko
tattoo! Moms have to have a little fun.
