Website Maintenance Options

After your site is developed you will need maintenance. I offer several ways to save you money. Maintenance includes modifications made to the existing content of your site. This can include items such as: adding newsletters, updating schedules or special events pages, swapping out photos or changing existing copy within the site. I also supply you with website traffic analysis and provide assistance when it is time to renew your domain and hosting account. Maintenance contracts do not include adding additional pages to your site.

Basic Maintenance Package:

This option is for 60 minutes of work per quarter for a total of four hours a year, billed in 15-minute increments. Unused time does not carry forward quarter to quarter. Additional time will be charged at my current hourly rate of $45.00 per hour billed in 15-minute increments. You will be notified prior to exceeding your one-hour per quarter maximum. Extended Maintenance Package:

This option is for one hour of work per month for a total of twelve hours a year, billed in 15-minute increments. Unused time does not carry forward month to month. Additional time will be charged at my current hourly rate of $45.00 per hour billed in 15-minute increments. You will be notified prior to exceeding your one-hour monthly maximum. Deluxe Maintenance Package:

This option is for two hours of work per month for a total of twenty-four hours a year, billed in 15-minute increments. Unused time does not carry forward month to month. Additional time will be charged at my current hourly rate of $45.00 per hour billed in 15-minute increments. You will be notified prior to exceeding your two-hour monthly maximum.
