Site Maintenance Options
After your site is developed you will need maintenance. I offer several
ways to save you money. Maintenance includes modifications made to the
existing content of your site. This can include items such as; adding
newsletters, updating schedules or special events pages, swapping out
photos or changing existing copy within the site. I also supply you with
website traffic analysis and provide assistance when it is time to renew
your domain and hosting account. Maintenance contracts do not include
adding additional pages to your site.
Basic Maintenance:
This option is for 60 minutes of work per quarter for a total of four
hours a year, billed in 15 minute increments. Unused time does not carry
forward quarter to quarter. For time spent after the first half hour,
you will be charged my current hourly rate of $40.00 per hour billed in
15 minute increments. You will be notified prior to exceeding your one
hour per quarter maximum. A one-year basic contract costs $100.00, a $160.00
value.
Extended Maintenance:
This option is for one hour of work per month for a total of twelve
hours a year, billed in 15 minute increments. Unused time does not carry
forward month to month. For time spent after the first hour, you will be
charged my current hourly rate of $40.00 per hour billed in 15 minute
increments. You will be notified prior to exceeding your one hour
monthly maximum. A one-year extended maintenance contract costs $250.00,
a $480.00 value.
Deluxe Maintenance:
This option is for two hours of work per month for a total of
twenty-four hours a year, billed in 15 minute increments. Unused time
does not carry forward month to month. For time spent after the first
hour, you will be charged my current hourly rate of $40.00 per hour
billed in 15 minute increments. You will be notified prior to exceeding
your two hour monthly maximum. A one-year deluxe maintenance contract
costs $400.00, a $800.00 value.
Updates and modifications to your site. I
can add additional pages or make changes and additions to the original
site at my current hourly rate of $40.00 per hour.
